Casey and crew was awesome. They were knowledgeable and professional with questions I had. They were fast and it showed by how well they interacted as a team. Highly recommend them for any foundation problems. Steve and Wayne came back 2 days later to take care of the spaulding cracks. As always they were professional and friendly. It was like watching art masters at work watching them patching up every crack ensuring everything was done. Mahalo guys for being Awwwwwwsome!

We had a wonderful experience with FSH repairing the foundation and installing micropiles on our home in the Big Island. Brunna was very helpful throughout the process. Jimmy and his crew did great work on our home – were professional and friendly. Everyone was also very responsive when we had questions and concerns. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Foundation Systems Hawai’i. Due to water erosion, a section of our driveway was collapsing down our steep front hill. Many of the companies I contacted weren’t interested in working on a residential project or did not seem to have the experience needed to solve the problem. FHS responded quickly to my email. Their estimator, George Smith, was clearly knowledgeable and professional. He explained what was needed and was available every step of the way. I first contacted FHS in early July and the project, which included an engineering and soils report as well as the reinforcement, replacement, and re-grading of a large section of our driveway, was completed before the end of October. The actual construction work took only 2 weeks. Jimmi and his crew arrived early and worked hard all day. Communication was excellent. I was always kept in the loop as to what was happening and did a walk through with Jimmi at the end of every day. Each member of the team was polite and accommodating. Often they had to move their trucks and equipment around so that we and our neighbors could get our cars in and out. Everything was done with the least possible inconvenience to us. The final repair looks great and functions exactly how it is intended – securing the edge of the driveway and directing rainwater away from the front hill. We could not be happier with both the result and the process of getting there. That FSH was able to complete the project in a timely manner will give me peace of mind during the upcoming rainy season. I have already recommended FSH to our neighbors and would work with them again without hesitation (though I hope it will not be necessary!)

Foundation Systems Hawaii is truly deserving to be rated a 5-star plus Contractor. From beginning to end they've been extremely responsive, polite, patient, and responsible. Working with their Sales/Project Manager (Brunna) and onsite construction crew (Jimmy - Foreman, Tony, and Wilbur) has been a very pleasant experience. They were very knowledgeable and always willing to take the time to explain in detail what needed to be done and why. Throughout the entire process, their main focus was to ensure I was completely satisfied. The attitudes of the entire construction team was always positive, friendly, and filled with a sense of pride in completing the work the right way. They were very detailed in every aspect of their work and their team chemistry is second to none. Everyone knew exactly what needed to be done. They all treated me with the highest respect and made me feel as if I was a part of their family. Maintaining a clean and safe site was also high on their priority list. I am extremely satisfied with the finished product and would highly recommend them.

I am the owner of one of the five townhouse units in our building that is experiencing foundation issues that all of us share! All the owners came to the agreement to have Foundation Systems Hawaii to address the catastrophic issue our entire building was experiencing. The entire staff that was assigned to this project was very skillful and professional. After the initial and revised estimate was presented to us, we were very pleased. As a retired construction worker (1967-2018), I don’t depend solely by the cost factor of the project, but also the quality, integrity, skill and professionalism of the company. I was so impressed by the working crew (Wilbur, Wayne and Tony) they showed me so much respect, being accommodating, skilled and went above and beyond their scope of work, never compromising, not “cutting corners”. They gave me peace of mind and addressed my concerns, a valuable asset to the company, I will highly and confidentially recommend this foundation company! Highly satisfied Ron Y.

Both my wife and I were very pleased with the masonry repairs that Foundation Systems just completed on our home. The crew was very professional, and everyone was very nice to deal with...the supervisor, Wilber, gave on-going feedback on progress. Incredible job well done!!! We had 53 micropiles with tiebacks installed under our building we shared with 4 owners. The crew did absolutely back breaking hard work and we were all treated with the utmost respect from everyone. Tim Mort and his entire team, from site foreman Casey, as well as Wayne, Wilbur, Tony,...general manager Domingo, George,...were all so super friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. This team worked very well together with a positive attitude and good energy and they made us feel like we were part of this family. Any concerns or questions were immediately addressed. The communication was superb and always got a fast respond. I HIGHLY recommend Foundation Systems Hawaii to repair your foundations. They saved my home and entire building. It was a pleasure working with George Smith, the estimator. He arrived as scheduled, was easy to talk to, and provided options to get the job done within my budget. I was especially impressed with the work crew of 3 really hard working guys, led by Jimmy (the foreman). They completed the job in 4 days, between the hours of 8am to 4:30 or 5pm everyday. They were very well mannered, no unnecessary behavior, just diligently doing their job, almost robotic-like -- each person knowing just what to do without being told. Before leaving for the day, they made sure the walkways were clear of any obstructions. On the final day before leaving, they pointed out everything they did as agreed upon in the proposal, and I was very satisfied with their workmanship and cleanliness they left behind. Structural Systems should be very proud and lucky to have these team of men working for them. They are true team players who take pride in what they do. If you need to re-level your house, call Structural Systems and request for George Smith (the estimator) and Jimmy (the foreman) and his crew to do your project -- you won't be sorry. Thank you George, Jimmy and crew for a job well done.
